1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

- Returns and refunds handled directly by the retailer

3. DESIGN SERVICES
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once service is provided
- Service cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
- Deposits may be refundable based on service agreement terms
