REFUND POLICY

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

2. DESIGN SERVICES

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once service is provided
• Service cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Deposits may be refundable based on service agreement terms
• Completed work is non-refundable

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged physical products
• We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
• Replacement or full refund provided for confirmed defects

4. PROCESSING TIME Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
