SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

Kensington Design House currently ships Living Showroom products within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are typically 7–10 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated according to the total shipping weight of the order:

• Standard Shipping: $12
• Large / Fragile Shipping: $29

The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout. Large, fragile, oversized, or multi-item orders may qualify for the Large / Fragile Shipping rate based on the order's combined shipping weight.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Kensington Design House is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@kensingtondesignhouse.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
