1. OVERVIEW These Terms of Service govern your use of Kensington Design House ("we," "us," "our") located at www.kensingtondesignhouse.com. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. SERVICES OFFERED We provide three types of services:

Physical home decor products shipped directly to you
Affiliate product recommendations that redirect to retailer websites
Interior design consultation and staging services in the Charleston, South Carolina area

3. PRODUCT PURCHASES

Physical Products: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
Affiliate Products: Clicking product links redirects you to the retailer's website where you complete your purchase directly with them
We are not responsible for affiliate retailer policies, shipping, or customer service

4. DESIGN SERVICES

Services are provided in the Charleston, South Carolina area
Consultations must be scheduled in advance
Service terms and deliverables will be outlined in separate service agreements

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD
Payment is required at time of purchase for physical products
Design services may require deposits as outlined in service agreements

6. SHIPPING

Physical products: $12 flat rate shipping, 7-10 business days delivery
Affiliate products: Shipping handled by individual retailers
Design services: No shipping applicable

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to provide accurate information and use our services lawfully.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for indirect damages or issues arising from third-party retailer transactions.

9. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by South Carolina state law.
